02. Pricing
Every fee published in full before you hire us - freehold sales and purchases, VAT included. We've tried to make pricing simple and transparent. Keith isn't a fan of hidden extras, admin charges, extra banking fees, etc.
Buying
Our legal fee, including VAT, for a freehold purchase. Searches, Land Registry fees and stamp duty are itemised on your quote.
Selling
Our fixed legal fee for a freehold sale. This is the whole cost.
