01. About the role

We're looking for a Conveyancer to join our growing conveyancing team. This is a hands-on, fee-earning role. You'll run your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, working closely with AI tools that handle much of the routine drafting and process work.

Your focus will be on applying your professional judgement, reviewing AI outputs, delivering excellent client service and contributing to the collective know-how of the team.

You won't be expected to line-manage or handle operational matters. Your job is to do great conveyancing work, help improve our systems by testing and feeding back on AI performance, and grow your expertise inside a firm that's building something genuinely new.

02. You will

• Run your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters (sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity) end-to-end, delivering a high-quality and responsive client experience
• Review and validate AI-generated outputs, checking them against source documents and applying your professional judgement before anything goes to a client or counterparty
• Monitor AI performance within your day-to-day work, flagging inaccuracies, anomalies or gaps to the wider team and the engineering function so the system continuously improves
• Contribute to internal know-how sessions and training, sharing insights from your caseload, flagging emerging issues and helping the team stay current on technical and procedural developments
• Support the hiring process as the team grows, participating in interviews, contributing to candidate assessments and helping identify people who'll thrive at Keith
• Work collaboratively with senior colleagues, raising queries and seeking guidance on complex or unusual matters
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date file records, meeting all regulatory, compliance and risk management requirements

03. About you

• Qualified Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 1 year's post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing
• Solid grounding in residential conveyancing across sales, purchases, leasehold and re-mortgages - confident running files with appropriate support on more complex matters
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to reviewing documents. You're the kind of person who checks against the source, not just whether something looks right
• A genuine interest in legal technology and AI. You're curious about how AI tools work, willing to test and challenge their outputs, and excited about working in an environment where technology changes how legal work gets done
• Clear and proactive communicator, comfortable dealing with clients, estate agents, lenders and colleagues, and good at keeping everyone informed without being chased
• Happy to contribute beyond your own files, whether that's sharing a useful insight in a know-how session, helping test a new feature, or feeding back on how a process could work better
• Organised and able to manage competing priorities across a busy caseload without letting things slip
• Existing legal right to work in the UK without requiring visa sponsorship
