Senior Conveyancer.

01. About the role

We're looking for a Senior Conveyancer to join our growing conveyancing team. This is a hands-on role with real leadership responsibility. You'll run your own caseload while also line-managing and developing junior conveyancers.

You'll play an active part in shaping how Keith works by contributing to training, know-how sessions and thought leadership, and you'll be closely involved in testing and improving the AI tools that sit at the heart of our workflows.

If you want to do great conveyancing work and help build a team and a culture from the ground up inside an AI-native firm, this is the role.

02. You will

• Run your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters (sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity) end-to-end to a high standard
• Hire, line-manage and train junior conveyancing staff, setting expectations, running 1:1s, reviewing work and building capability across the team
• Contribute to internal training and know-how sessions by sharing expertise, flagging emerging issues and helping the team stay on top of technical and procedural developments
• Play an active role in thought leadership by contributing ideas that improve how Keith delivers conveyancing, whether that's process, client experience or use of technology
• Monitor and test AI within conveyancing workflows, reviewing AI outputs for accuracy and quality, flagging issues and working with the engineering team to improve agent performance and safety
• Support the Head of Conveyancing and wider leadership team on day-to-day operational matters as the team scales
• Act as a point of escalation for junior fee-earners on complex or unusual files

03. About you

• Qualified Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 3 years' post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing
• Strong technical conveyancing skills across sales, purchases, leasehold, new build and re-mortgages. You need to be comfortable running complex files with minimal supervision
• Experience of line-managing and developing junior staff - you enjoy coaching others and get satisfaction from watching people grow
• Confident communicating with clients, estate agents, lenders and the wider team
• A genuine interest in legal technology and AI
• Happy to contribute beyond working on a caseload, whether that's leading a know-how session or helping shape a new process
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities across your own files and your team's workload
• Existing legal right to work in the UK without requiring visa sponsorship
